Light Painting Techniques/Tools

    i haven't seen a thread about it, and yes i did do a search.

    but does anyone on here do a lot of light painting? where you have a long exposure and use any source of light to draw?

    it's probably one of my favorite things to do now especially since i just got a new tripod. but i'm wondering what tools people use to make those amazing photos.

    i mean, multiple lights in one strand that are perfect.

    i've been reading people make there own lights and what not. i've tried glow sticks, but they just don't seem that bright! i've only used flashlights and and LED keychains that are white. but i want different color LED lights..

    anybody have anything about this topic?

    feel free to post pictures of your work, and also put down if it was photoshopped a bit or not. cause that's what somethings sometimes look like, but in reality it was never PS!
