light up iPhone logo

Has anybody else done the light up apple logo hack on their iphone4?
I did mine awhile back , with a twist , i put a square of mylar over the led so when it turns off it looks silver again 🙂

Is there any wires you have to attach from the back case to the logic board? Which kit did you use?

I did mine and very disappointed the back has already cracked after two weeks of having it done. It would require me to send off to fix again and there is light leakage around the edges. The back of its just cheap plastic also

I got mine from ifixmy.com
I was very carefully with the the install
And have no light leakage.
I've had mine in for 2 months no problems, although it does live in and otterbox case.

Yeah this has cropped up on other threads.

I'm not taken with something that acts as a beacon of apple logo light shouting out to would-be muggers , I'm using an iPhone , come get it !!
