Light up keyboard wont turn on

I Had my light up keyboard on then it just turned off. Then when i went to press the f6 button the logo came up but with a slash through it. Why cant i turn it on? It has been on every time i use my computer

Problem fixed, it didnt work on a restart so thats why i thought something was wrong but then i shut down the computer and turned it back on and then it worked. I still dont know why it would just cut off though?

They also don't turn on when it's too bright outside. I learned that the hard way yesterday when I was trying to show someone my backlight 😛 haha.

But you can override that setting if you download some widget.

i have been searching, and have not found any as of yet.
