Lightening to Micro USB adapter and cases

Just wondering if anyone has purchased this adapter and if there are any fitment issues with a case or bumper on the phone like the 30 pin adapter?
Apple's site does not offer any dimensions, I know it's smaller, but is it small enough to fit with a case?
