R Richard8655 macrumors 68020 Mar 6, 2021 #6 Has the port been abused somehow, such as forcing the cable plug incorrectly. Or using the wrong cable or a counterfeit with incorrect plug? Maybe try raising or straightening the pins? Last edited: Mar 6, 2021
