Lighting recommendation for fitness video recording

Hi,

Someone has to do fitness classes and record them to be published online.

Does anyone have recommendations regarding the lighting to be purchased? (maybe 2 stronger lights on the front side of the laptop where the camera is?) At the moment the person is using 2 regular LED light bulb 5W and the ceiling 3000k recessed lighting.

The subject is around 10 ft from the 1080p webcam.

You mean "lighting"?

"Lightning" is either a natural phenomena of electricity coming through the air causing a huge flash of light and booming thunder; or it is an Apple data and charging plug used by the iPhone.
