Lightning accessories (cables + adapters) on eBay - ETA?

Hey everyone, how long do you think it will take China to crank cheap accessories out? 1-2 months?

Plainly states it doesn't ship until October 16 - October 29. These are VERY far from being "already up and shipping."

If your gonna drop $12 for a cheaply made one. Why not just drop a few more $$ for a reliable one that has warranty?

Apple states that it could ruin the phone using other makers products

They'll probably work for charging but I highly doubt they'll work for connecting to 3rd party accessories like speakers etc. There's a chip in the Apple cables. I doubt these cable makers had the time to work with Apple to license their cables.
