Hi all, this has been asked here before but I've not managed to find what I want from the info provided. I'm after an MFI certified extension cable to connect an accessory to the iPhone.
The accessory gets it power from the iPhone.
I'd like to be able to transfer video and data on this cable.

I don't suppose anybody has or knows about one?

Thanks.

What is the info of that accessory? I am curious what accessory needs iPhone to feed power directly.
If you really need one, there is a workaround:
Buy one USB-C to lightning cable, and an USB-C to lightning adapter. This should work.

also beware of length of cable.

most unpowered items has a 3 or 5 meter cable limit without issues.
which is why usb repeaters where invented.

Sorry about the delay, it's a Seek Thermal camera, also I think it would be a useful thing to have for any attachment.

Will bear that in mind, arms length will be fine I think though.

cablejive extension seems to work from what I read on web and its reviews.

data, sound, video and power all work down cable.

Just ordered that, so thanks for the heads up.
