At WWDC, Adobe announced they were bringing Lightroom CC to the MAS. It’s been almost a year and no word? What gives?

I was willing to give this a try as Apple’s subscription management is easy. Signing up for a subscription directly with Adobe has been a poor experience in the past due to their eagerness to keep you.

It's part of Adobe's Photography Creative Cloud, and the full suite of app's in the Creative Cloud. It's exactly like Lighroom on the iPad.

I'd guess they changed their mind. And besides, it would then cost more, as Apple would take a cut of the subscription price.

I just downloaded Lightroom to my iPad and signed up for a Lightroom subscription there.

I’ll never purchase a subscription directly through adobe again. When I tried cancelling two years ago, they kept me on the phone for 50 minutes (wait time for an agent not included).
