Lightweight MP3 player - winamp?

Hi all

Just got my 1st mac and use iTunes, and have done for years on my PC for music+ipod/iphone. But on my PC I've always used winamp to listen to music from my old random catalogs which I dont want in iTunes.

I've tried VLC and Quicktime but both dont have the friendly playlist of winamp. Is there a viable mac equivalent?

Done a few searches and all I seem to get is "try iTunes" as the result.

There is MacAMP, but it's really nothing like Winamp, and is no longer in development. That said, I still use it sometimes. Other alternatives are Play and Vox. Both of them are prettier than Macamp. Here's a site with a list of audio related applications.

Cog is nice and lightweight, but it's a beta, kind of buggy, and very very simple.
