When do you see the Apple Watch becoming available in the Apple Retail Stores? To where I can go out and buy one without ordering online?

It's all over the Internet. Google it. They stated not until June.

The exact date is the date THEY CATCH UP WITH PREORDERS

If you are close enough to a store you can easily try them on and preorder to get it quicker.
