There's a Lilliputian white man on a blue background on the bottom left corner of my Macrumors forums screen.

I tapped on him and it was accessibility adjustments. I then tapped on Hide Interface (see below) and I was assured he wouldn't come back.

But he came back.

Is there any way to annihilate him permanently? Or will I have to tap on Hide Interface every time I visit the forums?

Any help would be appreciated.

hide should work... but be patient with us. we are working on a better solution but it might take a little bit.

I really wondered when I opened it if it might be some sort of malware! Its overall appearance is so different from that of Macrumours......😀

I’ve asked him to leave but I think I might miss him when he’s gone. :D

I wasn't sure what to think when I saw it either. The menu was really low-res and I thought it was some rogue add-on that had somehow installed itself. I've had it come back in Firefox a few times now.

Oh thank goodness, so I’m not the only one to see this thing suddenly or think it was Malware, too. I just got my iPhone 12. I don’t want it sullied already! 😅

Arn, when you bring it back, is this something that gets saved as settings in our accounts? I saw it the other day and was like "Boy, ANOTHER thing I have to tell to reduce motion on every device!"
