Quick tip! If you're having problems with certain pages loading in Safari go to System Preferences, Network, Select your network on the left, then uncheck "Limit IP Address Tracking". You may have to do this for each network if you have more than one.

This is for macOS 12.4 and Safari 15.5. I believe there is a similar setting on iPhone and iPad but I haven't checked to see if the issue happens there.

Not to mention that this silly "feature" will screw your VPN's connection, well done Apple! introducing new features should be optional.
