Is there a way to send/receive my text messages that I received on my iPhone on a Windows computer? Ideally, it would function like Outlook - deleting or sending on one devices merely interfaces with a server, so your actions are always intrinsically linked.

Any ideas on apps that could do this?

No official App Store apps do this, and are not allowed to do this, or will ever be allowed to do this, as this would be easy to compromise the user's text messaging.

Cannot be done.

The closest to this will be iMessages on a Mac when Apple finally allows your phone number to be unified. I highly doubt it'll be made available on Windows though.
