iOS link .xib file to cocos2d Application project

hi ,
i am new to cocos2d. i want to add .xib file into cocos2d Application project. is it possible to add this or not? if yes mean please help me.
concept:
i have menu scene when i clicked the Settings in menu i need to display a .xib file.
