Linking a Hotmail Account with Mail??

hi there

just wondering how to link a hotmail account with the mail ap?

when i try and do so it firstly asks me for things i dont know like 'incomming mail server' and 'mail account type? POP? Exchange?

If you don't have a POP3 type hotmail account (ie, you don't pay for hotmail) you will need to use httpmail or Macfreepops.
