Hello. I have a computer with Linux installed on it (PCLinuxOS Preview 9.1). I notice that sometimes when it boots, it starts up to a UNIX prompt instead of the GUI. Is there some kind of command you can use to start the GUI?? Like in Windows 3.1 you just typed "win".

This seems to happen with quite a few Linux boxes I work with.
 
startkde is usually the one I think if the distro uses KDE, dunno about GNOME or anything else though.
