Hi, not sure I've posted this in the right place, but here goes.
I use linux a lot as part of my uni course, but I only have access to it when at university .
I was wondering if it was possible to create a partition on my ibook G4 to create a dual boot so it can run both Linux and Mac OSX? Can I do this? If so, anybody know any good guides for it?

in theory this would be fine, except the fact that you would either need to reformat the entire hard disk and reinstall OS X(and erase your entire HDD in the process, because Disk Utility cant repartion only a part of the drive). also the linux distro would need to have a mac project (the only ones i am currently sure has one is Red Hat and ubuntu).

Hope i could help:)
