Hi there !

Anyone here running Linux natively on his or her new Mac Pro (2013) ?

As I´m really p*ss*d off by both Windows and OSX scaling solutions for 4k + 5k I ask myself if there might be a Linux distribution able to resolve the scaling thing in a reasonable way.

First of all, is there a quick way to install Linux nicely on the nMP ? I mean just like OSX or Windows.

Second, any of you here using Linux with a 4k / 5k monitor ? (I do use both on my nMP)

Though I guess there is no such Linux solution questions are free...

Thanks in advance...

What exactly about the options in OS X are you not pleased with? There are numerous options to choose from in HiDPI and standard modes. Not sure what else there could be.

Hey, yes, Linux will be relatively easy to install, although I'm not sure HiDPI options are any better.

If you don´t understand what I mean this is not your problem.
