I recently went down the rabbit hole of installing Kali Linux on a 2019 T2 macbook pro. I got it to boot as the root, so as long as I don't touch any keys it goes straight to Kali. I managed to get the wifi to work! I started with the above mentioned page for instructions. But even with the debian/ubuntu kernel, which may not have installed, not sure as I'm still learning a lot of this. But I can't get the kernel updated so that it has the T2 drivers for the keyboard, touchpad, and touchbar. So I'm stuck using an external usb and mouse....for now? But from what I've seen, I guess I've done ok so far, it runs, it accesses the net, now just get the native peripherals to work and I'm set! Anyone have any ideas? I can come back tomorrow with a screen shot of installing the kernel and show what comes up as it looks like parts aren't available at the repository destination or something?
