Lion DP3 VNC Problem

I have install the latest DP3 update and I found that screen sharing worked in DP2 but DP3 doesn't.
After connecting to Lion, the screen shows new style login screen and two account icon: ADM and myself. But the icon of these two accounts is gray therefore I can't choose them.
Does anyone have same problem or have a solution?

Yeah, I have tried with Mocha VNC, iTeleport, Screens Connect all with the same result, the login screen and I am unable to type in the login screen.
