Lion Graphics glitch after hibernate.

I let my battery drain completely and 5 hours later when i plugged it in and turned it on, I was greeted by this.
10.7.1 installed on a 13" macbook pro with geforce 9400m, 8 gigs ram.

My whole screen does this until I start to click windows in Lion.
