Lion never had DVD images, just Mac App Store download. If you really need to create a DVD to install, you'll find tutorials on how to create one with the Mac App Store app, like this:

Doesn’t have to be sealed and probably won’t be. The genuine Lion USB sticks are not writable. The copies are pretty obvious since IIRR only Transcend sold drives looking anything like the Apple ones and only for a brief period.
You mention the word "restore" which might indicate you had it on your MacPro at an earlier date.
If that is the case then maybe you also have the installer in your App Store under "purchased".
