Lion "Installed" on Snow Leopard

Hi,
I want to install Lion, but when I go to the App Store, instead of saying Purchase, it says Installed. I cannot for the life of me figure out how to install the new os.

Check your applications folder for a program called Lion installed. It might also be on your dock. Running that program will install Lion.

You might also want to back up the installer. Google for the installation method that will allow you to create a bootable disk. Its worth keeping around.

Thanks for the quick reply, but I never purchased Lion. And I'm the only person using my App Store account.

Very odd. Have you tried logging in and out again, relaunching Mac App Store, restarting etc?

Sounds like this could be one for Apple Support.

Yep, I've done all that. And I might have to call support... 🙁
