Lion kernel panics when trying to boot off of the installer in VirtualBox

Hi. I'm trying to install Mac OS 10.7 Lion in VirtualBox on Windows 11. I followed all of the steps to get it working, but when I try to boot off of the installer, it kernel panics. (See below) What do I do?
