lion launchpad problems

Hi,

My preinstalled applications from snow leopard are on launchpad now but i cannot delete them, the ones i installed after upgrading the system can be deleted but preinstalled ones cannot.

anybody knows how to sort it out ?

my problem is on the 10.6.8 i had quickpick application and i called it LaunchPad, , after installing the 10.7 there is 2 icons of this launchpad , when i launch it it show me the quick pick application. i deleted the quickpick (launchpad) app and i can’t find it anywhere , now i have no launchpad application on the lion , i activate it from the hot corners , but i want it on the dock , i can’t find the shortcut , please guyz any Help any tip please !!!

or make a copy of launchpad.app and upload it
