Lion Mail does NOT hide AGAIN

In Snow Leopard Apple has fixed the 7 year old bug of Mail not hiding upon new boot. Now in Lion, new version of Mail is there but the bug resurfaced… 🙁

Works for me, not sure why. Only thing that may be different is that I went into terminal and typed in:

defaults write com.apple.Dock showhidden -bool YES.

Though all this does is make hidden apps transparent on the dock.
