    Heard from a colleague today that he wasn't installing Lion because he "heard" on the "dev channels" that Lion was slow. I'm not noticing significant differences either way. You?

    From what I've heard, it's slow at first due to Spotlight indexing. After that it's supposed to be the same as Snow Leopard.

    I'm finding it to be faster, especially safari and iTunes.

    After spotlight got done indexing it is pretty decent on my early 2010 27in iMac.

    Safari is super fast now.

    How long I take spotlight to index? An did you use a fresh install?
