Lion updates via?

Will they come from the App Store or via Apple->Software Updates?

Just curious since App Store apps seem to get updated from the App Store and Snow Leopard got updated through software updates. I have only been using a Mac since Jan and have only used Snow Leopard before Lion.

It HAS to be Apple Menu > Software Update.

Critical updates usually come via Software Update.

It'll be software update because the thing you downloaded from the MAS was just an installer. Once you upgrade to lion it disappears.
