I could finally get a chance to record the wifi problem.
this happened when I turned on my computer.
it didn't connect to any network and didn't list any!!
please see the video. and notice that when I turn it on and then off for the 1st time, the wifi bars animation doesn't occur. (when it shows that it is trying to connect to network)
