Can’t believe I actually got THIS today! I can’t wait to actually play with it, but it does need the OS first. Does anyone know a good place to get that? I found one on eBay, but the price was insane.

It was a gift from a family friend, so I'm not entirely sure. But I want to say eBay probably.

I wonder if there is any working terminal software available for it. I have a VT100 serial terminal in my living room which can control lights, music, read mail, etc by connecting to a Linux machine hidden away in another room. This machine is of course even cooler than a VT100!
