List || How many times you receive preorder iphone in launch day ????

I received my iPhone 4, 5, 6, 6S, and 7 on launch day. All preordered.

Did in-store pickup for the 6S and 7 thanks to the Apple Upgrade Program.

I’ve never *not* received an iPhone on day one.
 
Wow, can you sense the impatience in the threads these days? Settle down, everyone. We still have 5 days before the new phones are even announced!

Got the 6 and 6S on launch day.
I very foolishly entered the security code for my debit card instead of my credit card last year (plus I was getting the jet black 7+) so I had to restart the order process and got it about a week after launch
 
Never.

4S - I didn't have an upgrade until December (back when I was doing 2 year contracts)

5S - Verizon decided to cancel my order for no reason.

6S+ - waited for sim free
 
I GUARANTEE the number of folks preordering and get it at launch are a much smaller percentage than folks that don’t. Just browse previous posts from prior years.

Just sayin.

Only preordered twice - got the 7 on launch day, had to wait a couple days for the 8 Plus.

Pretty much the opposite experience of anyone else who's ever had to wait, haha.
 
I pre-ordered the 6 Plus, 6s Plus and 7 Plus three years running and got them all on launch day.
 
Is it better to select delivery or the pick up in store option. I have two apple stores near me and just wanted to weigh out my options.
 
Every time I’ve tried to get it first day, I have. The 4, 5S, and 6 Plus.

If you’re ready to order at midnight, it shouldn’t be an issue.
 
I think I started ordering around the 4, maybe 4S. I went to an AT&T store for the 5 on Day 1 and have tried to pre-order everything else. I wasn't able to get a 6 Plus for Day 1 when they came out so I camped out and was #8 in line at my local Apple Store. All other pre-orders were Day 1 deliveries. If I am unable to get the X for a day 1 I'll wait the week or two (hopefully?) for it to come in.
 
Never. I waited to see the 6+ in person to determine if I'd like that size. 6s+ and 7+ I ordered on the first day but ended up in the 2nd batch time frame (usually 1-2 week shipping window).

I'll try to get up for 3am eastern time and see if I can get a 256GB X (silver) on Nov 3
