I have to ask, with the usual Apple prices for accessories... how long until our friends from AliExpress get in on the game?

Scratch that... there's the usual copies available already!

I wonder if an accessory will appear that acts as the removable metal ‘lid’ in place of the current one that could potentially have a key ring attachment built into it.

Cheap silicone holders are already appearing on Amazon. Not sure how legit they are though...

Ditto. It’s a no-brainer that someone makes this. I’m buying one the first chance I get.

At 1.25” they might be *just* small enough to fit on the back and allow the lid to open. Pretty clunky though, and I’m sure going in and out of a pocket would cause it to fall off regularly

Hoping for an Apple TV silicone case that has room for airtags as well as an AirPods case with a slot as well. The wife loses stuff all the time.

So I ended up getting these from Amazon the other day. So far I'm happy with them.
