"Cellular data only setting" was one I was waiting for. I'm not an ultra-popular guy, but when I get calls in the middle of playing a game and it yanks me out, it's so frustrating!
While they thankfully removed the "Rate on Delete" feature, what would really be nice is the ability to rate apps right from the Home screen: when you hold down an app's icon, there should be a "X" on the upper-left, and a "star" on the bottom-right. Tap that, and you can instantly give the app a rating.
