List of Passwords

Once, I accidentally opened a list of passwords I've used. How did I do it? Using an iMac 2008 desktop, OS Yosemite.

Probably the Keychain app.

I cant find it there. The keychain app doesnt show the passwords.

You can see website passwords in Safari -> Preferences -> Passwords tab.

Also Chrome. Haven’t used Opera in a while but I imagine most browsers have this.
