How can I listen to all songs by one artist (preferably in shuffle mode too) using Apple Music? I know how to do it when it's my own music but I can't figure out how to do it in Apple Music. There has to be a way to do this instead of just listening to songs from one of the artist's albums.

Tap on the icon for the artist

When I search Apple Music on my iPhone for an artist I get results for artist, songs, album, etc. If I choose the artist result I get screen that has top song, album, etc. So how do I play all of that artist. Using Siri seems to be the only way? I find that hard to believe but I can't find another way to do it.

It's not very elegant but just create a new playlist and then add all albums from that artist to it. Takes maybe 20 seconds.

Spoke with Apple support several times about this and there is apparently no way to do this in Apple Music. Seems like something simple, but maybe they'll add it in the near future.
