How am I going to fall asleep without my $4k white noise machine, though?
Here’s another comparison with cinebench at the 2:16 mark using Cinebench.
He leaves it in the old MacBook just long enough to really start to get to you before comparing to the new one.

After listening to the ENTIRE intel 16” fan setup, I feel this is appropriate for this moment
If anyone wants to hear how bad the fans can get, try running Unreal Engine.

I logged in just to agree with you. I’m running UE 5 on my 14” m1 Pro MBP and it sounds just like the fans on my old intel i7 MBP.
Things like this is what many people are missing about Apple Silicon. Yes, your behemoth gaming laptop with Alder lake and uber GPU can pull higher numbers in certain benchmarks, but how about the heat and noise?
With my Android tablet, I can relax after work watching netflix on it without worrying about fan noise nor battery drain, even if it's already 30%. Cannot do that on an intel laptop. Can't wait to see what Apple would bring with the redesigned Macbook Air.

They have enough money to finally create one. Being hot and using hair dryers inside is a bit awkward and a kind old stone age? Creating processors that do not get hot is the only way. How can you work "professionally" if your device is noisy?

If you read well what I wrote, it would be clear to you that I don't know such a laptop yet - and I find it quite strange that in 21st century it is not possible to have processors that would not be overhot (maybe nobody really tries?) and a "professional" laptop behaves and sounds like a hair dryer. M1 Macbook Pro is the first Apple laptop that has more silent sound than the previous horrible ones in the last 15 years (that is really good and relieving) but yet it is not really silent.
Apple concentrates on celebrating many cosmetic features but somehow leaves many basic ones aside.
M1 Macbook Air is great not having fans at all - this would be desirable for MacBook Pro as well ...

Did you actually watch the video that OP posted and hear how "noisy" the 16" Macbook Pro was?
I've had my M1 Pro MacBook Pro 16 and I don't think that I've ever heard the fan come on. It's way overkill on performance for me. Most of the time I'm using way less than 10% CPU and maybe 15% rarely when I'm doing something that requires a bit more CPU. I normally run heavy stuff on my desktop cluster.
I don't need to watch any video about it. I had many of them before during the last 15 years, including 2019 i9 MBP

Not a problem with the M1 systems. I have a 2015 MacBook Pro 15 and a 2021 MacBook Pro 16 and have hooked the 2021 to dual 4k monitors and the fans are quiet. I actually think that the fans aren't spinning at all. 4k monitors on my Intel MacBook Pros causes them to get hot and even a 160 CFM fan can't get them really cool. I run dual 4k monitors off my M1 mini and I'm running my production software and the CPU cores are running under 30 degrees. Fan speed is at base. The M1 mini cooling system is from the 2018 Mac mini and it's actually overkill for the M1 mini.
On my 16" M1-Pro the fans are off almost all the time, even while using my 3D software; in-fact, the fans only turn on while rendering and even then they spin at a quiet medium speed. During a lot of rapid Lightroom edits they are spinning slowly but silently. Even if I force them to max speed they are quieter and less high pitched than my 13" 2014 MBP was. I couldn't be happier with my MBP.
