I keep losing my Bluetooth connection whenever i startup vmware fusion. I double checked that the VM is not connected to the Apple Bluetooth adapter but still i loose connection to the mouse. I also notice the mouse looses bluetooth connected randomly. I have a 24" ALU Imac and this is making me frustrated.

Did you check the Logitech site? Sounds like the mouse. I have a MM/Wireless BT and a MS 5000 BlueTooth on an iMac/MB respectively, and NEVER lose connectivity. Can you exchange it?

i got it from buy.com it's brand new. I guess i can buy another and see if it's the same issue.

i guess i am not the only one. Seems liek other users of VM Fusion also has my mysterious lost connection issue whenever they fireup Fusion even thou they don't have the bluetooth controller attached to the VM.

The first issue may be the fact that you bought a Litech mouse which sounds like it's bootleg; now if that's a typo than have you checked the batteries? How about the mousing surface?
