Little MacRumors Bubble on iMac

Not sure what its really called, but little mac rumors news windows show up on my imac even when I'm not on macrumors. Is there a setting to stop this? I have no idea when it started or how it started.

System prefs>notification center> use your eyes.

You can also go to Safari > Preferences > Notifications and disable macrumors if you don't ever want to see them.
