Little Snitch: Uninstalling causes connection problems

    Hey MR, I d/l'ed Little Snitch to check out and after awhile I got annoyed with the pop up windows lol, so I decided to uninstall it via the uninstaller in the .dmg file. Then I noticed my programs would not connect to the internet, for example iTunes would not connect to the Store or Limewire would not connect, and a couple other programs to update virus definitions, Transmission not working, etc. So I thought about it and reinstalled Little Snitch and then all is good. Well I went through the proper hoops of removing it but had those issues. Any ideas?

    I know Little Snitch requires a restart upon installation but not on uninstallation. I do not remember restarting after uninstalling, I wonder if this is part of the problem? Anyway, thanks in advance.

    You probably do need to restart after uninstalling.
