Yeah everyone is different. Some people have balls and do it and others rationalise their impotence all day long. So being fat wasn't that bad if you were forgetting about it without a watch.

If you want to make a difference to your weight, motivation helps. Let me assure you that by game-ifying exercise with loop closing is massively helpful.

You don't forget about being fat. You just kid yourself into “I could always get in shape from tomorrow” and never do.

The Apple Watch is perfect for this. With the visual loops, the competing with friends, and the achievements, there’s no better way I can think of.
