Yes it is and if you look closely, you'll see it's not the exact same graphic that's been posted online. It shows more of the tiger's face. Probably because of the angle, the traditional one for the invite would've really hindered the look of the seeing what was behind the opening.That banner is very cool and very 3D

This is done a lot of the time -- in fact, Leonardo Da Vinci painted his figures in the Sistine Chapel "oddly" to be viewed properly from the different angles/distances that people would be viewing the paintings.
