This is why you always skip the parts of the Apple events where Tim Cook is on stage.
this is a great example of why I'm slowly moving away from Apple. Tim just doesn't get it.

Same here - I never watched SJ either (RDF annoyed me), but fobble me - this is (a) boring (b) sad, obviously he feels the need to shill his products, but it doesn't even come across as genuine - the guy is like a politician in so many ways..

Back in 1998 when I had a TV - you know what? It worked *every single time* I turned it on. No updates or crashes. And if I wanted to watch a movie I bought a DVD or a VHS tape and *it just worked* unlike iTunes purchases...
