Looking brilliant and being useful are two distinctly different notions.

Unlike a full touchscreen, the Touch Bar won't result in arm fatigue.

With a full touchscreen, you don't have to look at two different places or switch back-and-forth. Look for the control on the touch bar, then look at screen for changes, then go back to the touch bar. Does not seem intuitive to me at all.

It won't. The only drivers that you'll see is so that you have the F keys back.

So one needs to install drivers to get a functioning ESC key? What a turd sandwich piece of hardware!

I for one would not be willing to sacrifice 5 minutes of rendering time for a gimmick I wouldnt even use...

Why not just make the trackpad a screen with the same usability features as the touch bar? Apple seems to be forgetting the trackpad, now pushing us to move our hands to this small strip at the top of the keyboard now.
