Is the iPad Pro more powerful than the 12" MacBook (is it part of the "80%")?

I’m not sure I buy all that crap he’s spouting. Faster at doing what? Not even so much as a clue.
If the A9X was that good, (it is undoubtedly good), it would have found it’s way into their notebooks and desktops. They would have given devs the tools to make native apps.
