I don’t understand the point of cellular being built in. Just another thing our cell phone companies can charge us a monthly fee for. My phone is always with me anyways so I always have service on my Apple Watch.

I don’t want to take my phone with me all the time though. Especially when running. It’s a pain in the ass to run with a Watch in the pocket or hand or strapped to you.

The more active you are the more significant this feature is.

Yeah, confuses me even more about how it pairs with your existing SIM-device(iPhone).
I thought it was going to be some kind of extension SIM, so same number/contract etc. So no additional cost.

This suggests some other arrangement.
