Apple, why do you focus on making my iMac thinner and thinner while taking away things such as upgradability?!?

OK, now I really want an iMac.

I could never give up having a laptop though. I wish I could afford both!

Hope they're adding some beefy graphics card options to push all those pixels around! (especially full-screen gaming and video editing).

how do you actually drive a 5k display? Is it just scaling? no video card on the market is able to natively drive anything that requires actual rendering at an acceptable frame rate @ 5k.

5K? If the rumors are true, the new Mac Pro I just dropped $6K+ on won't be able to power new displays from the same company. Nice.

people will use their iMacs to look at photos and never want leave the house.

...we think it's just awesome

Still price gouging with the 16GB

Apple is really getting cute these days with that 16GB entry level option. 16 gigs is not enough on a wifi-only iPad and Apple knows it. Yes, the customer WILL pay more for the 32 gig option if they must have the new iPad, but at some point isn't a little good will toward us worth something? The difference in storage capacity costs them nearly nothing.

Might have to rethink my Mac Pro purchase decision now. Only thing.. I wonder if web design will be a nightmare on this at such an insane resolution. (I do photography and web work). Photography no problem obviously.

what is the new ram for iPad air 2?
2GB? or1?

My bet is on 2GB based on rumours, inc. those on MacRumors. Apple don't officially announce RAM on their iDevices so you'll have to wait for a component teardown or benchmarks by someone once it's released publicly.

They are going to charge an arm and a leg for those 5k screens. Brace yourself people..
