Sorry mate, can't agree on this one. Mistake that can potentially cost the company millions of dollars? Nice one! They do but you put measurements into place so things like this one do NOT happen. You don't rely on one person but a team, make sure the post is not scheduled etc. This is a massive fail in a PR world, especially for a multi-billion company. If it's not the person who posted it, someone probably gave them an order to do it or their manager. Someone should be responsible for this.
