A10 = ARM A72x2 + A53x2 big-little architecture? Judging by the limited cores iOS 10 on iPhone 7 series will still have limited task switching with at most two apps vs true multitasking of more than two apps.

The different is that this is a different type of Quad Core--two used for efficiency and two used for high performance. This isn't your typical quad core chip. Plus, as we've seen the dual core A9 demolishes the competition even a year later.
That's exactly how all Big.Little type CPUs work in all Android phones.

An extra hour, in the Plus is quite impressive with all the new stuff over the 6S Plus

So, the "Beats" purchase by Apple is now forcing the new iPhone owners to buy the Apple sold Beats headphones!

Good to see that there's big battery life improvements on the smaller model. My iPhone 6s battery has been running down quicker the past couple months.

I have no problem with the headphone jack being removed, provided that there is the ability to charge the phone and play audio using an adapter at the same time. I routinely set my phone down in my living room and connect speakers with a 3.5 mm cable. Using an adapter is no problem, but if I have to let the battery drain just to play music, that seriously reduces my enthusiasm. I have no interest in using bluetooth in a stationary setup.

A friend also reminded me that many people use 3.5 mm in their cars, while also plugging the phone in to charge.

Not quite happy with the battery life.
But hey, it's getting closer to getting 16 hours which I believe is perfect as the other 8 hours you gotta sleep man.

That's a great job on battery life. Although I commend Apple for including the jack adapter, I still want to be able to charge and listen with jack headphones. This was a huge mistake.

So far some of the stuff they're introducing during the keynote seems pretty impressive like the performance improvements but mostly... its just baffling. Like why did you do that Apple?

This actually looks like a pretty solid iPhone upgrade. So does anyone know if only the Plus model is getting the wide color gamut?

I really wanted to go to the iPhone 7; I don't think I will do be doing that now. I'll keep my phone that's paid off. sigh. Such a bummer for me. No new apple watch and iPhone for me this year. Save me some money.
