I don't think it normally does. Looking at the watching requirements on the keynote page it doesn't mention Windows.

I still think the slogan on the invitation should have been:

If the iWatch is actually going to be previewed, then I believe that the Slogan should have been "Only time will tell".

According to the live event page you need to be running Safari on the Mac.

They came up with iFlush. A new highly sensitive toilet seat completely integrated with Siri, Bluetooth and WiFi. They were able to develop a system that pulls the crap out of you. You don't even have to push.
